CLEANSING and DETOXING can be one of the healthiest things you do for your body and the added benefit of juicing is that it gives your digestion system a break from working so hard to process a large meal.  Our 1-3 Day Cleanse will help optimize your body’s natural detoxification system.   The most important thing to remember is to eliminate unhealthy habits.  We hope that our cleanse will help you make lifestyle changes to feel better, lose weight, reboot your body and mind to a healthier lifestyle.

Our bodies naturally detoxify every day, detoxification is a normal body process of eliminating or neutralizing toxins through the colon and liver.  However adding to and helping release those toxins can help tremendously with a cleanse!

If you feel “congested” from too much food — or the wrong kinds of food — a cleanse will help!  If your energy level is low, if you have been taking many medications that have not been eliminated from your system, a 3 day detox may help you feel better.  If you are just wanting to lose a few pounds for a special occasion the 3 day is perfect!  If you don’t think you can go without eating, the Juice to Dinner is great!

Before the fresh start program

A couple of days prior to beginning your program, it is a good idea to start eliminating coffee, alcohol, dairy, red meat, sugar, and white flour and bread products. Maximizing fruits, vegetables, and whole grains will make the transition into your cleanse program much easier!

DRINK lots of water!  Our 9.5 Alkaline water will hydrate and give you energy as well as help in the process.  You may come back to the store for refills during or after your cleanse when you bring your gallon back.  Suggestion:  Drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily not just during the cleanse/detox BUT also incorporate it into your lifestyle.  (You may urinate frequently)

DRINK Juice every 2-2.5 hours so you won’t feel deprived or hungry (if you wait too long in between your juice, you may have a insulin spike, so be sure to drink up and don’t skip a drink!)   As your body gets lighter and lighter through the cleanse program, you can feel what’s going on. You’re getting rid of toxins and your body is starting to release fat, those extra pounds. (You may urinate frequently)


 Without calories you may be used to getting daily, you may feel weak, have headaches, or have low energy during the first 1-2 days. If you’re fully committed to your juice cleanse, that means you’ll have had to cut out all caffeine. Even if you normally drink only one cup a day, eliminating caffeine cold turkey may contribute to headaches, irritability, and difficulty with concentrating. What is the good news? People can feel increased energy due to the quick-absorbing carbohydrates and hydration too! Juice Cleanse and drinking the Alkaline water allows the mitochondria to create energy without having to fight off a plethora of free radicals and inflammation, and reduces some of the impediments to proper DNA functioning.

  1.  Start with the Green Lemonade and end with it daily.  You will have 2 Green Lemonades for each day.
  2. You may choose your other juices as you wish!

What if I MUST eat something?!

For best results, it is recommended to stick to the juices. However, if you are active or just plain hungry, that’s ok! The best foods to consume are raw fruits and veggies, or half an avocado, or broth-based soups.

Tips for during your cleanse

REST: relax. think of the cleanse as an exercise in itself. it’s important not to be sedentary, but take it easy. Take a walk or a light jog, but don’t go crazy.

PAMPER: your body is getting rid of toxic waste. doing things like brushing your skin and taking warm essential oil (pick up your lavender essential oil at the store too!) baths will help remove dead skin cells and open your pores for a healthier, brighter glow.  Get a massage!

CHEAT: sticking to juice alone is tough. don’t be too hard on yourself. if you need to cheat, keep it simple by eating warm vegetable broth or raw vegetables .

ASSIST: listen to your body. Sometimes it needs some help with taking supplements/vitamins or a whole food probiotic.


IMPORTANT! Even though your juice will be packaged in our bottles and served to you cold, refrigeration is
ESSENTIAL for your unpasteurized juice after you pick up your cleanse.  Make sure you put them in the fridge as soon you are able and KEEP them in your fridge.  (NUTRITION VALUE will start depleting after 3-4 days, please do not use after 7 day/expired) ONLY our COLD Pressed Juices will last longer (5 days) (optional: Cold Pressed is a slower process to make $25 additional cost) 

After the program

Your body has been hard at work resting your digestive tract. You want to ease it back into its normal function by introducing gentle foods first. Your first meals should be smoothies, soups, salads, and veggies, or lighter proteins like beans or steamed fish. With each meal, gradually re-introduce heavier foods one at a time to give your body a chance to catch up. Be mindful and carry the way you feel after your program into your everyday life by making wiser food choices going forward.

Maintain to keep up with the habits you formed during your cleanse. Continue to stay hydrated with the 9.5 Alkaline water membership drinking the recommended water for your weight daily, exercise and eat balanced meals filled with whole foods and healthy proteins.
